About This File

Operation 'Corporate' Sea Harrier FRS.1 Improvement Pack

This is my effort in order to improve the Royal Navy Sea Harrier FRS.1, primarily (but not necessarily) for its use with the Falklands Mod by Kesselbrut; hopefully it will make the aircraft more fun and enjoyable to fly. I have included features by other modders and community developers in order to enhance the Sea Harrier experience; credits are given to their respective creators and original ‘Readme’ files are included.

FEATURES

1- Ten high-resolution skins, seven of which are historically accurate for three Fleet Air Arm Naval Air Squadrons, with custom decals, particular features and even kill marks.

2- New custom pilot skin featuring accurate British kit, including Mk.36 helmet and Type P.2A oxygen mask.

3- Revised and more realistic flight model.

4- Tweaked radar performance, radar modes and displays for a more realistic feel

5- Improved sound and visual effects

5- Fly with the pros! Historical pilot names .LST file and real Falklands War veteran Harrier and Sea Harrier pilot photos.

CREDITS

Sea Harrier 3D model by Monty CZ and BPAo (may he rest in peace )

Pilot LOD by AmokFloo

Mk.10 ejection seat by AleDucat and the BANIDOS TEAM

Original cockpit by Monty CZ and Kesselbrut, textures by VolksJager

Pegasus engine sound and fuselage vortex effects by bobrock

As usual, these files are to be freely distributed, used for enjoyment purposes only and may not be used for profitable means. My many thanks to the modders and developers who created some of these wonderful add-ons. I hope you enjoy this pack!

Hi, I bet it is a good one. Problem is, for me, I do not have the Argentine jet planes Pucara etc. Secondly, my HDD is full now, while it is more that 100MB file. Will try DL later. Btw, I enjoy reading your file above, no typos or unecessary MISPELLINGS I found so many in others, even among some modders. In manufacturing industries, such mispellings especially on mods, are categorized Product Defects, not saleable.... I found one particular mispelling in one sub-file of an addn-on jet plane.

Why the hell it refused to even show up on the drop list in WOE in Loadout??? Several check-rechaeck found the real culprit. The modder, senior one, mispelled the name of the nation using the plane (In data.ini, textures etc)!

It happened in two diff Add-On planes. Why some people, who modd a lot on various things in this sim, did not seem to be capable of emulaing the entire pilots, mostly those of the commercial ones, ie., ALWAYS ALWAYS did the check-recheck before getting airborne??

Are we not dealing here in this site with FLYING things folks? So, please do kindly performs the necessary SPELLING in ur various files and sub-files before punching the keybord to UpLoad urs.....

Someone here, no name will be mentioned here, lest I be accused of doing a personal attack, when I raised such issue in spellings, he, sarcastically retorted that this site is not an English college!

Obviously, he never worked in the United Nations or the equivalent INTERNATIONAL organizations. I felf sorry for such reply My apology for any typos in this Reply. I am not a modder. Not yet.

Search LAZINESS, a senior member wrote about it some three weeks ago. A really good piece. He was referring to some NEW Modders.....

When we care less about spelling in this sims/game, how can one be expected to be tiddy, in other much more activities on the ground in real work people? E.G., so many HANGER instead of HANGAR. Which one is correct? I shall check it out in ine of the Free Dictionary On-Line.

Still I stick to my point above that lots of MISspellings are = Product Defects.

Having worked, intensively, 6/7 (Off only on Mondays, even often on Mondays I must accompany some VVIPs foreign or domestic to our various factories), and daily went home beyond 9pm, I can say a lot re GOOD products (Modders, u r all produced and will produce PRODUCTS as well using mainly your hands, right?) -- I can say a lot about good and defective products. I reported direct to the CHAIRMAN of a truly large manufacturing corporation, at the corporation HQ. As such, I had the access to the weekly and daily reports from the entire factories within the large group. Did lots of reading and report writing, aslo more often than not, in English.....

Remember, there is no room for error in flying, also in other businesses. Modding included (I particularly draw ur attention to CORRECT spelling of NATIONS). Spelled wrongy, and u do not fly. It happened to my jet plane (two of them)

Thanks for ur tome and attention. Pls do not be quick, without thinking 'critically', to retort to my points. And be considerate when posting. My apology for my own typos, and perhaps some unfavorable wordings here and elsewhere in this truly GREAT site. Let us keep it so withouy being littered with so many mispellings even in Mods/Add-Ons.

The one above is a very good one. Almost ZERO DEFECT, or really Zero Defect in terms of spellings. We have here members from different countroes, I am as well, who want to also learn to communicate in writing in this trulu international language, English. I love it (the language) man....
