You must extract the folder Yellow Stripes. Folder YelloStripes save to a folder F-100D which is in the Aircraft folder in your game. As always Place a new decal line
in you F-100D.ini folder. The Line for this aircraft is:

Reflection=1.000000
Replace the XXX with the next number in the sequence.
That's it.
