[what-if] F-23A USAF skinpack 2 1.0 1.0

Here's my second set of 5 what-if USAF skins for the F-23A Black Widow II by Dels. The pack contains skins for 43rd FS, 44th FS, 54th FS, 71st FS and 94th FS.
