You gotta wait less than 30 days, or buy a subscription to download stuff, so you gotta wait for a while.

@Erik can look at it and enable it. I doubt it though, but some accounts do have issues.

Did you make the required 2 posts, I think they have a count-down timer, if you don't post anything with a certain time you can't download any files.

No, he has to get with Erik as if he was a new member, he has to post at the minimum two posts, and wait 30 days. So he made the time, and since he's a Member, he should be able to download for free now.
