How do I download mods for free?

My account is new, only 2 or 3 days old, I don't remember exactly, but I've already introduced myself, I have more than 5 posts with this account, I liked and interacted with it, I've already logged out and logged back in, but I still can't download it.

I don't have enough money to pay for a subscription, so I intend to use the free subscription mode where I get two mods per day, but I'm still unable to download them.

since there is the two week wait as well, i'd look thru the downloads while youre waiting. make a list, be able to hit the ground running when the door does open up

I already have a list with more than 9 mods, one of which I will download is mod 48-56 about the Israeli War of Independence and the Suez Crisis; it will be the first one I download.
