Re Tigershark, it should not be much of change, only it is hard to decide which one in particular (think whole production was around 10)?

I'd like to know what kind of mission it was dedicated to, the ac performances. And also if it was appreciated or not by the pilots.

 

I always thought this is a nice little fighter, but never known anything about it.

The Northrop F-5 was one of the most successful export products of the US aircraft industry. Although it did not have the performance of some of its more-costly contemporaries, it was reliable, easy to maintain, and relatively inexpensive. It served only in relatively small numbers with the United States armed forces, first as a trial with the USAF in Vietnam and then later as an adversary aircraft with the USAF, Navy, and Marine Corps.

If I remember correct the T-38 Talon trainer was based on the F-5 (or the other way around) and a lot of pilots got trained on the T-38.

I see a couple of them flying around my house all the time and IMHO it was an underrated aircraft.

I am anxiously waiting for the model.

Snap rember most ppl dont know a mig from a maypie?

 

 

and at the time the only US held MIGS were classified( some movies used RC models)

 

 

also the USSR never used and even number for thier MIGS the MIG-28 never was ( TOPGUN)
