An opponet for a VF-0s ? The SV-51 r/a

 

 

A difficult model to make in 3d. So for so good. I dont see information on the cockpit so it will be a modified of the valkyrie project.

 

This will complete my first MOD of macross.

I see a post of the chief making the VF-0s, so you can completing the mod with the f-14 and mig-29, allready made for others modellers.

Still I need to figure some weapons and effects, but is pretty much acceptable the progress so far. All of this models will not convert to any other modes, only Fighter. Because the game does not support this kind of transformation and making with some alternative controls is not the desire result.

 

This an ambiciuos project and I want to make all of this models !!! So be patient. AH. this will be a FREE MOD, I made this for fun like all my models.

I never seen the Sv-51's undercarriage in the OVA since they always launch from the sub carrier. Maybe Hasegawa is making taking a guess but it does look 'Russian'.

 

I see you have quite an ambitious project there Fox. I am already very satisfied with what i've seen and dont mind if the transformation cant work perfectly. Any plans to create the Asuka II carrier and modernised Aegies ships ?

I sent him alot of reference pics that should help with the landing gear issue, so he's not short on reference pics by all means, so he should be good to go for the meantime :)

Yeah, seems like the model has a Flanker landing gear, however, in the OAV the sv was by made by dornier, iai and sukhoi,

so i guess the choice would be fairly correct..

 

All right, if I can help anyway for reference or details ( I suck in everything concerning modeling and skinning, unfortunately... )

A few past weeks my HD stop running... But good News !!!!! I can recover my data from my hard disk after hard work with recover programs. !!!!

 

(Never made backups copies !!! a terrible mistake)

 

 

Another HD... and I'm ready to go again !!!...

 

The SV-51 is on mapping stage. I planned to made 3 skins, so far...

Damn straight, I've had... four crashes of my computer. After the second time I've had an external hard drive, so while it's a pain, it doesn't hurt as hard as it used to. Now I just have to baby the hell out of my hard drive, though I have a second one I copy to as well, just in case...
