+Dave Posted November 2, 2007 Posted November 2, 2007 I was his great grandson's basic training instructor. Gen Tibbets was a hell of a man. Edit And I think it was his grand nephew not grandson. I have to find that flight training book. It's like a year book of sorts. BG Tibbets signed it. Sheesh this was 1995. When I go home on leave I will try to find it and scan it for all to see if anyone is interested. He was a very nice person to talk to.
