+Fates 63 Posted September 22, 2003 It's coming....and this time it is goin to be a force to rival all FPS Simualtions. The new AAO 2.0 is just around the corner. The Devs have outdone themselves this time with new maps, new weapons, new classes, etc..etc... I just thought I'd post a a few pics from some fan sites. If you haven't played this game, you will. I'll have a full review ready upon it's release...WOW!!! There will be more to come Cheers! Fates

*Fast Eagle* 0 Posted October 4, 2003 Ya thats pretty rad, maybe I get to start off with an AK this time rather than having to steal one :D But stealing one is all the fun
+Fates 63 Posted October 4, 2003 According to [DEV]Abraxas, There are 3 new maps: Pipeline SF, Hospital Rescue, and SF Recon. You will have to have go thru the training necessary to qualify for Special forces. This will include an Escape and Evasion mission that will start at Camp Mackall at night. This is gonna be pretty tricky to complete. In the MP Online games, members with less then 20 Honor or non-SF qualified personal will still be able to join the game, put will become Indigenous Forces. (This explains your comment from the shot Mudd) The indigenous forces will be able to use the RPG. This is gearing up to become one hot game...and the realism to which AAO has set forth is uncontested by any other FPS sim IMHO. Fates
Mr. Clark 0 Posted November 4, 2003 Why would anyone want an AK over an M-16A2 or M-4?
Nesher 628 Posted November 4, 2003 AAO 2.0 is now AA:SF :) lets hope it will be good as it seemed to be :D
SpyHawk 0 Posted November 6, 2003 I must say, 2.0 is much needed update. The Special / Indigenous Forces feature will increase the need for Situational Awareness. It’s a FPS that requires time, patience, and of course Teamwork. While getting rid of the need for a Rambo styled player, the customization of your player type and Weapon Layout will pull together the different skills of the players and allow them to work more efficient as a team. Looking forward to the release tomorrow…..or today LOL :D

SDirickson 0 Posted November 12, 2003 Anybody but me having a problem logging in their character? All I get is a password incorrect notification, when I know I entered the correct one. COuld it be a problem of my firewall prohibiting the connection?
JayJay 0 Posted November 23, 2003 You may know this by now but someone might having the same problem. You have to login on AA site and reactivate your account. Easy. :)

JayJay 0 Posted November 27, 2003 Why would anyone want an AK over an M-16A2 or M-4? The AKs do more damage all around. :) Hello Fates. Sorry but I can't seem to know who you are. :)
+Fates 63 Posted November 29, 2003 Mr. Clark Doesn't know...but I do.... You don't have to use the "F" key in AAO while using the AK. My apologize, I thought you may have been the Hunter87th from: http://combatflightsim.net/ I flew with them quite a bit in the Janes USAF days. either way, glad to see ya here! CHeers!
