F-14A/B/D Avionics Update v1.1

hi All

I just downloaded F-14A/B/D Avionics Update v1.1.

 

it went well but i can't get the hanger screen to show up on the F-14A.

i changed it 3 times but it just won't show up

 

i also made sure in the f-14 ini the F-14_hanger.bmp was changed also

but all i get is a blank screen.

 

Please whats wrong why won't it recognize the bmp?

And how do you get the RWR Symbology to work????

ok thats where i don't understand because its already that size.

3 people told me that already.

 

 

please in simple terms what needs to be changed if its already that number.

Can you post the 'Cats main ini... example below is the stock F-14A, with no real changes (other then using my own home-grown Hangar screen)

HangarScreen=Tomcat1_Hangar.bmp

AvionicsDataFilename=F-14A_avionics.ini

 

So, what we're looking for is these top lines from your F-14A.ini, F-14B.ini, and F-14D.ini

Using an F-4C.ini as an example:

 

[AircraftData]

AircraftFullName=F-4C Phantom II

AircraftDataFile=F-4C_data.ini

CockpitDataFile=F-4C_cockpit.ini

HangarScreen=F-4C_hangar.bmp <------ check this is exactly the same file name as your hangar screen

LoadoutImage=F-4C_loadout.bmp

..........

 

If thats there and the file is in the F-14s folder then check if the bit depth is 24 bit - right click ->properties->summary->advanced button

Was the RWR okay before you put in the avionics mod?

 

what game are you running this in?

 

can you give us a link to the F-14 you are using?
