Veltro,

Use your best judgement...in the end, you're the one making this thing, not everyone else.

Feel free to tell everyone to go pound sand if they start bugging you.

FastCargo

No longer have that problem Fast as I said before ..........." Dont like it ??? build your own"

That a version of MiG-31 you make? Look on screenshot is not a MIG-31... Mig-31(without index) has only 2 wing pylons.

http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31.html -> see Photo's

mig31-8.jpg

MiG-31B has 4 wing pylons and refueling system

http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31b.html

mig31b-3.jpg

However MiG-31BS (MiG-31 updated to MIG-31B standart) have only 2 wing pylons, used for weapons, FT.

I am not sure I am understanding you correct, but if you are saying that the Mig has only two pylons, You are dead wrong

you better check again . One pylon always used for the tank the other for weapons. Later versions could load 2 weapons on each wing such as the one modeled by our chinese friends.

I check info again, situtation is following: yes all MiG-31 planes (MiG-31, MiG-31B, MiG-31BS,MiG-31M,MiG-31BM,MiG-31FE,MiG-31E)

are possibility of mounting of 4 pylons. However not on all MIG-31 of the first series they were set, look on a photos here,

http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31.html here it is not a single Mig-31 with FT PTB-2500...

Look's like situation changed during updates all MiG-31 to MiG-31BS from 1990 to 1995? all Russian MiG-31 were updated to MiG-31BS.

MiG-31 & MiG-31BS NOT EXPORTED.

MiG-31B production started in 1990 NOT EXPORTED. http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31b.html

MIG-31E is EXPORT version of MiG-31B (1991 Year) http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31e.html

MiG-31M Powerful version 6 R-37 or R-33S on fuselage and 4 R-77 on wings http://www.airwar.ru/enc/fighter/mig31m.html NOT EXPORTED.

MiG-31FE - EXPORT version of MiG-31BM.. (1995 year)

Do your planned to create MiG-31, MiG-31B, MiG-31BS,MiG-31M,MiG-31E ?

Where you find information about Zaslon Radar? This is good place http://aerospace.boopidoo.com/philez/Su-15...%20Avionics.htm

Defiant!

Great stuff Veltro2k, you keep coming up with fantastic subjects to fill in those gaps in our orders of battle.

Looking forward to this one for BoF, BoB and Blitz campaigns.
