Vietnam Terrain problems (Brain32_VietnamSEA_repaint)

Hi !

After upgrading the WoV to the latest patch sept-08 I reinstalled my old AoNV (aces over north vietnam) installation

and found some strange white areas in the terrain (I'm using Brian32's stuff:VietnamSEA_Tile_Repaint_v1.0.zip

and green hell 2 and the Shimmering_buildings_fix.zip )

also the sea looks a little white see screenshot here:

anybody has any suggestions for fixing the white areas and/or the white sea ?

Go into your terrain mesh file under the data.ini and change the area that I highlight in red and see if that helps.

 

Also, read the thread where "Dave" compile all the questions and many answers as to the tweaks made after using the patch update.

Hmm , looks more like piles of snow to me ...

I don't know if they have piles of snow in vietnam , maybe it is huge

piles of collected rice though ... ;-)

I'ts a little confusing out there about all settings for the new patch ...

 

I got the Falklands to run OK by the way ...
