Need Help! (Extract Utility)

I am having problems with the SEP1E Extract Utility. Keep get the following error message when I try to open flight data cat. "Power Builder Application Execution Error(R0039) : Error Accessing External Object Property Filename." I am running Win. XP has anyone come across this before?

Try reinstalling it.

Try setting the compatibility to Win95.

I tried Both ideals, Nether one worked. There was one thing that happened. when tried to install and reinstall. it locked up both times at end of installation. But when I checked in Program Files it was there. And the file did open? I even tried downloading from other sites. Anymore ideals? Thanks VH

The SFP1E does not need to be set in compatability mode. Out of curiousity, do you have MS Office 2007 installed on that system?

to extract; drag 'n drop the cat file on the catpack program's icon.

I've had a similar problem. It used to work and now doesn't and I get the same or similar error.

 

I suspect that one of the Microsoft updates or some security setting somewhere is blocking something. haven't figured it out yet.
