vhill Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 I am having problems with the SEP1E Extract Utility. Keep get the following error message when I try to open flight data cat. "Power Builder Application Execution Error(R0039) : Error Accessing External Object Property Filename." I am running Win. XP has anyone come across this before?
vhill Posted December 4, 2008 Author Posted December 4, 2008 (edited) I tried Both ideals, Nether one worked. There was one thing that happened. when tried to install and reinstall. it locked up both times at end of installation. But when I checked in Program Files it was there. And the file did open? I even tried downloading from other sites. Anymore ideals? Thanks VH Edited December 4, 2008 by vhill
+Fubar512 Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 The SFP1E does not need to be set in compatability mode. Out of curiousity, do you have MS Office 2007 installed on that system?

+gerwin Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 No MS office 2007 Installed. I can reinstall? If all else fails, CatPack can also extract contents of cat files: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...p;showfile=7346

+gerwin Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 Thanks I will try it to extract; drag 'n drop the cat file on the catpack program's icon.
+Typhoid Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 I've had a similar problem. It used to work and now doesn't and I get the same or similar error. I suspect that one of the Microsoft updates or some security setting somewhere is blocking something. haven't figured it out yet.
