Has the F-5F / T-38 been released yet?

 

Or is this kind of a head start for those talented enough to create a skin that doesn't look like hammered horse-pucky, like myself?

I'm uploading the F-5F right now, though negative knowledge on the T-38 though... This isn't like the F-35C where we can skin it before we fly it though..
