Why that is generally what I like to refer to after I've completely botched a seemingly simple installation of some sort...

It took me years to understand that "Read Me" meant, well, you know, maybe read the thing....There's no sense of urgency to, "Read Me." Something entitled, "Read Me, Dummy," or maybe, "Hey Numbnuts! READ THIS!" would be much more helpful...

One thing I've started to do is in the release post of anything I make is the statement that you will be publically ridiculed if you post a question that was directly answered in the readme.

 

Of course, those for which English is not their primary language gets a pass. Anyone else, especially l33t speakers...no mercy.
