hi all!!

I have a Vista and have WOV installed. Many problems have come up. Like.....

1) The .dll message. I get it when I try to upload the patches to the game. Why won't vista let me patch it up? how do I get around it?

2) Skins. vista won't read the text changes made so that I can get some of the skins up. Soem of the skins come with their own text files or something and they work fine, but most of them I download have the text change, like 00x or whatever, my computer just doesn't recognize them. Any fixes out there for that?

3) I saw a post from someone saying that they downloaded the F-111D and it crashes when they run a mission using that plane. Me too, with any of the F-111's it's the same, sometimes it crashes right away, sometimes I make it all the way to the airfield. Any thoughts?

4) Is there a faster or better operating system that is user friendly like my old XP was? I miss you my little XP machine....

Remember or write down the .dll (I know what you're talking about) and Google it. You should find it available for download (for free). Once you put that in your WOV Main Folder, the game will play. I have the same issue and keep a copy in case you have to download the other series (SFG/WOE/WOI).
