Main changes is the USERLIST, and the removal of the radar. The actual SA-9 does not have a radar (or an active one, purely passive only), and it will fire at you still (from the rear). It's just been tweaked and changed slightly to reflect the fact it has no radar.

Hi,

 

I cant seem to be able to unpack this file with 7-zip as there is an error.

I have tries re downloading it over the span of a few days but have the same problem each time.
