If you check your Peter01's Weapondata.ini (item 029), you will see that it is a Red_Ribbon. You just have to figure out how & where to attach it to the plane to get into the game.

Aren't the streamers available in the loadout screen?

 

Anyway, these screens remind me of what a fine model this one is. Perhaps the best one available for FE, IMHO.

Yes, they are streamers, available with the plane.

 

You must modify the Weapondata.ini or use the one of peter01 ; streamers are like weapons on the loadout screen !

Are they just for this plane? It would be great to use them for others. Flight leaders.

You can use them for any plane, you just have to attach them to the wing in the "Plane"data.ini, add them to the weapons portion of the "Plane"data.ini and add them to the loadout.ini.

 

 

As for how you would get the game to recognize just the flight leader, I do not know.
