No problem "Quit the manager" means yes exit OFF completely. Then re-start it.

 

The "manager" IS OFF, the menu system.

As WM explained the manager is actually using the dll so we cannot unload it - therefore you must totally exit OFF completely utterly absolutely, i.e. no OFF running at all, OFF gone to meet it's maker, pushing up daisies, it is an EX-OFF.
