Adding weapons to an aircraft

I thought that I could edit the the say (f-15) data or loadout files to put extra weapons capabilities to missions but seems I cant now. I have just downloaded the new SF2 WOV and have done the new weapons expatsion pack update but still cant add a weapon to the aircraft. For instance a Maverick. Can anyone help me please

koreon f-15 or what model 15,Ex.plane yr compat w missle,ummm,wep data save as itself, click yes.

Find the right pylon, and put "EOGR", and "LGR" to enable Mavs on the pylons.
