no clouds / effects in win7

Hi,

 

i had to reinstall the operating system and so i changed to windows 7 and directX 10. SF2 runs o.k., but apparently without any clouds, flames, smoke etc.. any idea what to do ?

To clarify, are you getting stock clouds, flames and smoke?

What patch are you on?

 

I get clouds and effects in Win 7 64 (Feb 2010) just fine.

 

Does your graphics card actually support DX10?
