+Jimbib 741 Posted September 26, 2010 Every now and again you see something a little bit sneaky on Flight Radar 24, the other night I watched an Omni Air 767 going into Shannon, from "somewhere" in the middle east.

Lexx_Luthor 57 Posted September 30, 2010 Wow, great potential here. Should the whole world get to know Airliner routes? Contrails have put routes in sight of the whole world since they first invented contrails. I would suggest only displaying aircraft that are at cruise altitude. Near airports, slow at low level, don't display them -- too much clutter anyway. The serious contrail hobbiest can still have fun with this. I always watched contrails when I was a squish. MigBuster 2,883 Posted September 30, 2010 Contrails have put routes in sight of the whole world since they first invented contrails. Yes but only applies to a certain distance - unless you try following it to the destination country - good luck with that. Oh well lets hope they dont regret it. MigBuster 2,883 Posted September 30, 2010 Public knowledge...though then you get cool videos like this: Whats the betting of a Fed Ex advert featuring a video like that - but the aircraft eventually spell out "Fed Ex"......think Id better patent that idea myself...quickly.
