WHEW! :yikes:

By the title I though for sure someone got a hold of my honeymoon video...

Don't you all groan at once... You know you all thought along the same lines but were too proud to stoop as low as me!

Hippocrates

Spelling correction: Hypocrites!

I knew it looked wrong! :ok:

Don't buy it. Hang gliding is real flying, this wingsuit aint it.

Yeah I'm into high speed -- but only at high altitude, and unless you have a Buck Gordon jet/rocket pack with your wing suit, wingsuits are not flying.

This aint' it.

Hang gliders can thermal to high altitudes, and stay there all day with the buzzards, and go cross country following the cumulus clouds.

Hang gliders can surf the ridge lifts, and stay there all day.

Hang gliders can land on the pilot's two feet, without a parachute. :good:

Any body here ever hang glided?

After seeing the title, I half-expected a rather boring video on grinding and welding cracks in cast-iron engine blocks, manifolds, or cylinder heads

Lexx, a close friend was really dying to get into hang-gliding ever since our high-school days. I lost track of him for several years after we graduated, went our separate ways, and got involved in our careers. The next time I spoke to him, was many years later, when I was sending out invitations to my wedding. When I inquired as to how he was doing with his hang-gliding obsession, he admitted to me that he had finally got enough money together to get deep into the sport for a few years, and enjoyed it greatly for awhile. That is, until he suffered a serious man/tree/hang-glider "engagement". :yikes:
