This is dual-launcher variant of Sa-18 Grouse (GRAU: 9K38 Igla) MANPADS

 

Features:

 

reasonably detailed system mounting

reworked SA-18 launch tube model -better matching real-life thing

reworked soldier model with helmet

secondary LOD

etc.
