I installed the mod F-104S with the quick fix, when in the air, a dark line appears from the ground to the aircraft as if the planes are on a stick...

Second problem, when I leave my planed on the runway after landing, it kind of dances around in circles. It's cute, but a plane is not supposed to dance right?

Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

ps: other than that the model is really nice!

your on Win XP right ???

try to find what exactly may cause this by following this beam to his origin it could be the ejection seat or any other 3dparty item that you have to change in the data_ini

swap out the seat for the stock one, and see what happens

SeatModelName=seat_f-104

I think I had to do that on CB varians, but can't actually remember!!!

I'm in Win 7 actually

I tried changing the seat to F-104 in the file F-104S_COCKPIT.INI, but then the whole cockpit disappears

Maybe there's a few other things linked to that? i don't know much about modding i'm afraid

The seat line Wrench provided:

SeatModelName=seat_f-104

should be inserted in the F-104S_DATA.INI under the Pilot section.

[Pilot]

SystemType=PILOT_COCKPIT

Position=0.00,6.68,0.56

SeatModelName=seat_f-104

SeatPosition=0.00,6.65,0.13

MinExtentPosition=-0.25, 6.06,-0.14

MaxExtentPosition= 0.25, 7.19, 0.82

CanopyNodeName=canopy_mid_outer

CanopyAnimationID=5
