Southern Florida, The Florida Keys, and Cuba terrain

Is there a combined Southern Florida/Keys/Cuba map out there? Could only find a Cuba.

I thought the bottom of FL was in that map? US forces certainly had land bases to take off from. Now it doesn't LOOK like FL, and I don't think either of the Keys with airports (Marathon and Key West) were modeled either, but that's as far as anyone cared to go.

OTC Cuba, has Florida, Key West etc, but with all the issues JM pointed out

the northernmost point is along the Orlando/Cape Canaveral line, and south to Haiti

 

and WHAT issues are there with it??? (other than occasional oddnes with the CV stations?, and a tileset I was not very fond of...)
