SF2NA Expansion Pack - Part 1 of 3

Hey, somehow, and I'm not sure as to how - I tried the first part and somehow, the copied EXE stops responding for some reason. Can any of you guys help me out with this, please?

I assume you're talking about the TMF F-8E FN Crusader (and not the DLC version). Looks like I did indeed forget to include that effect, Unpack the ZIP file from the following post into the \Effects directory of your Mods folder. That should fix the problem.

Indeed, I was talking about the F8-E FN... Became "F" because I tought "french".

Is a red side version possible?

 

By the way, couldn't french & british navies be included in later campaigns? I'd like to shoot some Fulcrum down in a crusader. :)

You can use the Campaign Customizer to fly Red campaigns. As for British and French navies in later campaigns -- sorry, no interest here in adding them. The later campaigns are full enough without adding additional navies.

Another question:

 

I would like to use standard SF2:NA loading & Menu screens, with the F-14 and so on. My Expanded install uses SF2 desert ones. Is there a way I could change this?

The screens aren't determined by the mod. They're determined by the particular .EXE that you use to run the mod.

Oh, ok then.

That's strange, I am quite sure I used SF2 : NA exe as a base, but I must have messed up.

Why is it sometimes when a carrier mission starts there are aircraft in front of me and I can't take off without hitting them so I have to restart the mission? Also, what is the purpose of the new speech ini file?
