+Soulfreak Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 change it in the data.ini of the terrain (section of that airfield where the damaged hangars are on from damaged hangar to another one (non damaged) but therefor you need some terrain editing experience....)
+Wrench Posted August 28, 2013 Posted August 28, 2013 not understanding the question... that's the destroyed model. are you wanting them to be 'repaired and/or rebuilt?' that's controlled in the _types ini [TargetType012] Name=Hangar1 FullName=Hangar ModelName=hangar1.lod TargetType=HANGAR ActiveYear=0 TargetValue=100 UseGroundObject=FALSE DamagePoint=100.0 ArmorValue=516128.0 ArmorType=1 RepairRate=0.050 StartDetectChance=20 StartIdentifiedChance=0 IncreaseDetectChanceKey=0 MaxVisibleDist=12000.0 CollisionMesh=hangar1_col.LOD DamagedModel= DestroyedEffect=LargeShortStructureCollapse DestroyedModel=hangar1_destroyed.LOD SecondaryChance=100 SecondaryEffect=LargeFireEffect although, unfortunately, I don't know exactly what that number means. I assume (oh! that word!!) that I higher number means a faster repair rate. Maybe Jonathon would know, as I think it's campaign related
+Soulfreak Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 I think, he means, that the destroyed hangars are always there. Saw it in an american terrain from you Kevin....
+Wrench Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 yes, I've built several "destroyed" cites and bases on several terrains would help to know exactly WHICH terrain he's talking about, eh??
+Stary Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 I think what Slick Cowboy means is that this particular type of hangar uses stock destroyed model that overlapses the fighters placement points and creates visual confusion
slick cowboy Posted August 30, 2013 Author Posted August 30, 2013 Sorry been out ... flying The destroyed hangars are from the desert terrain, but they're modded. I know i recycled a few things for the desert 3 terrain, mostly airfield objects... I'm not sure if this is a stock one. I tend to lose track after a while. It's the small open hangars under which you find parked aircraft. I'll check the repair rate, that's interesting.
