Yes!

 

All you have to do is create the sound file yourself, rename it after the AIM-9 seeker and AIM-9 Lock noises in SF2's Sound list, and put them in the Sounds folder.

 

They actually had a IR growl mod on here way back...

Different AIM-9 variants have different tones.  An AIM-9B sounds different than an AIM-9M.
