Hi,

 

you probably have everything. i had the same problem. my solution:

 

• open the decals.ini in the textture-folder (use wordpad or another text-editor)
• change the backslash  \  to  an ordinary slash  /  and save as .ini-file
• you should be done.

how odd that it worked for me "as is"

 

better recheck the directionality of my back and/or forward slashes from now on!!

 

 

edit:

 

also, double check the statements for the STAR; it seems that I messed up, and left them pointing to another skin's decals folder!!!

 

They should read:

I must be getting old/senile ... I don't usually make mistakes like this!!!
