A problem that no one would want....

Recommended Posts

Yesterday evening I deleted a 20 GB mod file in order to relief some space on my HDD I had only 8GB on "C" left... everything seemed to go just fine .. the progress bar tho got full but it won't send the deleted file to the recycle bin, then there were files inside the recycle bin so I decided to delete them files inside the recycle bin got deleted and the progress bar of the deleted mod disappeared, I opened the Computer and I saw that the "C" is still 8GB... D-: I opened the Thirdwire folder inside the Saved games folder and the mod file wasn't there I opened the recycle bin and it wasn't there ? so basically the file got deleted.... and didn't give me space D-: still 8GB.... -.-

Have you run scandisk and defrag? That often will sort out issues related to free space on disk not being recognized.

Use Shift and Delete to remove a file and avoid the recycle bin.

I figured it out

I got a program which is called CCleaner and ironically it managed to detect the hidden files inside the recycle bin
