1971 India-Pakistan and 1999 Kargil wars

I'm looking to recreate the 1971 and 1999 wars. What do I need that's available here? I have the 1965 mod which I could use as a base for the 1971 conflict but I'm not sure about the 1999 one. Maybe a compilation of all Indian and Pakistani planes, ground objects and ships available here would do.

Do you know if there is any mig 21 Type 96 mod for SF2?

I've browse the file library but i can just find the sf1 one...

I cannot find it either. The link that was provided doesn't include modern planes though.
