All this happening on my doorstep....Cardiff...Celtic Manor where the talks take place ,is up the road in Newport...5 or 6 ships in Cardiff Bay now,and apparently subs in Bristol channel in case of any threats via the sea...

off tomorrow to take some snaps of the ships etc...

while in work on break,saw small private jet above,escorted east over cardiff bay ,by an F15...dont see that every day.

plenty of RAF and navy Merlins about,and the odd herc...also saw the Osprey pictured.

Cardiff castle,located in city centre where he delegates etc will have lunch in medieval dining rooms...

 

 

Nato aircraft in summit flypast over Newport and Cardiff

 

The display will be led by an RAF Typhoon flanked by two Polish Mig-29s and finished by the Red Arrows which will follow after a Voyager, the RAF's largest aircraft.

Other jets are due to include a Eurofighter and F-16 Falcons
