paulrkiii Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Thread title is missleading as it's not a DCS level aircraft but FC3 with PFM. That being said, and I'm reaching here, I hope the release is in conjunction with DCS World 2.0, 2014 is quickly approaching the end of the line and I'd like to at least have 2.0 released with Nevada soon after. 1 Quote

There are 2 levels of fidelity for avionics and systems and apparently 3 for flight modeling. The Su-27 used to have the simplest of both. Now the avionics aren't changing too much (but they are a bit) but the FM is moving up. It will be equivalent to the F-15C at least. EVERY plane will be called DCS: Whatever from now on, without regard to the level of modeling it has. Quote

Same thing they did for the individual F-15C and A-10A modules. But you're correct in ED watering down what people use to think "DCS: Whatever" meant. Edited October 7, 2014 by paulrkiii Quote
