RUSTYMORLEY Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 (edited) I didn't know until recently that Lemmy was at one time the lead singer of the band Hawkwind, and he sang Silver Machine which made it into the British pop charts. Unfortunately he was ejected by the band after he had a couple of rows with the other band members. I was sad to hear of his death, but I am not suprised as he was a hard man, and drank and smoked a hell of a lot and your body just can't sustain that kind of abuse forever. RIP Lemmy.
