weapons editor for windows 10?

Is there a working weapons editor for windows 10 for SF1?

WeaponEditor_022008.zip works for me if I run it out of it's zipped folder.

 

Double left click on the zipped folder.

 

Double left click on the WeaponEditor.exe file while it's still in the zipped folder window.

 

Have you gotten SF1 to work properly in Windows 10?

 

I could get it to work until I tried to exit a mission.  Then it would crash.

 

I built and loaded a Windows 7 computer specifically for SF1.
