+Muesli Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 Hey hey...I dunno what happened and when/how exactly it happened... but I started my SF2 game recently and I noticed that a lot of the HUD thingies disappeared! For example from the A-4, F-4 and F-8... I bet it's also gonefrom other stock aircraft. But I dunno where to find the solution to this, so... any help is welcome!Help!Hilfe!Aiuto!Au secours!Musaeada!Pomoci!Pomogite!Hjaelp!Voitheia!Ayuda!Segítség!Cabhrú!Tasukete!Pomoc!Ajuda!Imdat!Hjälp!
Snailman Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 I suppose it is not just settings or HUD level (Ctrl-D)... Most interesting.. 1
yubba Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) I'd start in the Flight folder check and see if HUD DLL and the Avionic DLL's are there,, if it effects all planes it should be there,, to fix might be as easy as replacing those 3 files. Edited May 9, 2017 by yubba 1
+Menrva Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 It once happened to me a long of time ago, but I don't remember exactly how I fixed it. Check if you have a custom AIRCRAFTOBJECT.ini inside the Objects folder, and remove it. As far as I remember, once I messed around with some custom .ini files from Stary, and I got that bug. 2

+Muesli Posted May 10, 2017 Author Posted May 10, 2017 (edited) You forgot "hey rube" CL Rivet counter... But a good one I didn't know until now, thanks! ;-) It once happened to me a long of time ago, but I don't remember exactly how I fixed it. Check if you have a custom AIRCRAFTOBJECT.ini inside the Objects folder, and remove it. As far as I remember, once I messed around with some custom .ini files from Stary, and I got that bug. That did the trick, thank you!!! Edited May 10, 2017 by Muesli
