generally any game screen recorder software...like fraps, nvidia shadow play etc.

google -> game recording software.

If you have an nVidia card you might have ShadowPlay available, which I've used plenty.

yea i have nividia G force GT 630M 

BUT where can i find the shadow play ?

It is part of the NVIDIA Geforce Experience App/program ..do you have that?

i just installed fraps and it works with me fine, the video is so big in space for example 30 seconds with space 312 MB (is it normal ? )

If you're recording at a high framerate, high resolution, and both video and audio, the resulting file can absolutely be that big.  Lower framerates, video alone, etc. saves space.
