I was searching the forum to find a way to change the waypoint indicator and the  cone color as some time it’s hard to see it with the sky color when its cloudy or overcast.  Therefore, my question is it possible to change.

Yes, it's possible. Have a look at my menu mod, as it includes additional files for such changes: https://combatace.com/files/file/16900-strike-fighters-wings-over-world-menu-screens/

I have removed cones (but you can re-add them back, just tweak the huddata.ini file). I have also made other changes, among which the waypoint indicator is now yellow (no longer white). It's all tweaked to my personal preferences, so feel free to edit what you do not like.

Yes it is possible. Change the corresponding lines in the HUDDATA.ini file (it is extracted from the FlightData.cat in your 'Flight' folder). HUDDATA.INI

You can choose any color of indicators using this utility -  Colourpicker.rar
