I would like to ask, if I can switch between crewmembers (exp. F-4, F-111 etc.) and how?

You can not.

the most you could do is to make the rear (or other side) cockpit the one you fly from, with changes to the proper section of the data.ini

this WILL NOT allow you to be a bombadier or RIO. it would be most useful in the instance of a training aircraft, if you wished to fly as the instructor (with a more limited view than normal)

if you want to play other crewmen than the pilot in command, wait a little. Microprose is going to re release 8th Air Force in the near future

You can switch from pilot's to back seat in the Guuruu's Tornadoes but, as daddyairplanes said, you are not allowed to operate as RIO/WSO.
