+russouk2004 6,958 Posted October 3, 2020 (edited) Been watching from Pearl Harbour to the Bomb... what a series of films...showing here in uk on Smithsonian Channel.. a lot of it is previously un aired footage from various people including General Curtis LeMay`s home video camera footage. Its an eye opener...horrific war on land and sea...island warfare sucks...the heroes those men are.... also shows what humanity is at its worst..... some scenes show it as it was.....bodies everywhere in various states of decay etc.....makes you hope wars will end.... all in all a very dramatic series and emotional too....for all sides... a must see........
