Hi, everybody,

I was wondering if there is a way - in a full 5 merged installation - to avoid aircraft that have nothing to do with a specific game, to appear in the single mission drop-down menu.
In example: I plan a strike mission in SF2:Vietnam and when I open the drop-down menu to choose the aircraft, I find also A-4 "Ahit", F-16A "Netz" or F-15 belonging to SF2:Israel or Europe... I know that a similar issue is possible to solve for the campaign drop-down menu, putting in the Terrains folder of each game fake folders of the other game's terrain, maybe is there a way also for the aircraft?

Thanks in advance

just delete them. same thing we did/do for WW2 installs.

HINT: leave 1 each of a player controlled and AI controlled, (recomend the A-4E and Mig-21MF) and the game will NOT rebuild itself re-adding the removed items (or shouldn't -- it hasn't yet on any of my ww2 installs for the last 8 years)

Seeing them on the selection dropdown does NOT mean they will show up over the various terrains they're not supposed to. This is the reasons for the aircraft's User List and terrain's Limited Nations statements.

OTH, why not just simply ignore them?

i can understand it to a degree. when i get to setting up my newly created era/region installs (roughly about three weeks), i wont want to scrool past the stock stuff to get to the add ons (in the cases of the 1950s based installs, or the Jumbo, the Atomic, or the ASW installs).

i could, i just dont want to.
