+Stratos Posted March 16 Posted March 16 Anyone can recommend a book or books dealing with intended aviation tactics and roles for WW3 over Europe? Not novels, but a book explaining what will happen If Cold War ever got Hot over Germany. I remember seeing one of those big illustrated books, but cannot remember the title anymore. Hope any of you can recommend a good book, sometimes I cannot separate my memories from imagination.

+Stratos Posted March 16 Author Posted March 16 Can be the Modern Air Combat one but IIRC there's a big part dealing with bombing tactics like dive toss and nuke delivery...
+Gepard Posted March 16 Posted March 16 If you want to learn more about eastern combat helicopter doctrine you could look in my book "Mi-24". The basic tactics of attack planes were more or less similar. Only the weapon delivery was different. 1
