my friend recently got a comp from another friend(win vista on board graphics 502mb ram 3.2ghz proc.)and we tried to load WOV on it and comp says game couldn't run because d3dx_31.dll couldn't be found.we reinstalled several times to no effect.have updated to sep 2008 patch with all previous patches also but no joy.....what gives?

diskkeeper pro is my choice for defrag ops....lets u choose what to defrag or defrag entire drive in 1 click...set and forget..even lets u know how bad fragmentation is and how diskkeeper pro will increase ur speed(on reading drive(s)!!!set and program will keep files defragged without even looking! -

thats the lure of it for me...but,what if u DO pull it off? satisfaction...the thrill of it in simulation....wow i just pulled a pilot out of a hornets nest with an entire NVA battalion rolling in on us!!might be good angle for MP mission....hmmmmm.. -

exactly Stratos! the sim would explode into imersiveness!all angles would be covered and the exp. would be AWESOME! combat air support for cover while choppers insert troops or dust off's take out wounded from combat area under fire....the possibilities would be endless! -
pretty sure it was doghouse,super......i havent seen u pop in since....anyway, i am usually online on days off(this week thurs. and friday.....next off wednesday and saturday and sunday...all eastern time)lookin to do some coop mud movin'!

hey DS and Dog....you guys see me and EDH pop up alot....looking forward to flyin' with u guys....me and bro played today in air to air(head to head) and i gained some exp. at aa combat....i flew in the f-4e and bro took the scooter....valuable exp. for me.....still like mud movin' though!i'm willing to stick to it and learn to become a valuable contribution to the team!

we sorely need some SAR missions for the series...i.e; some chinooks and jolly greens....along with some special forces insertion missions....anyone working on these? or is this a pipe dream for ol' viperBAT?
