Guys, I need your help. I have a very annoying issue since some time, when I want to flight with one of our Mirage F1, I have texture issue, sometime in the cockpit, sometime on the aircraft, as you can see on the screenshots and in other case the game freeze during the loading (70 or 80%). Another thing, the game takes a lot of time to load. it's happen randomly but very often since I run under Windows 11. I also noticed that it's happen when I use high resolution skins. I'm a little bit lost because I thought I have a strong enough computer to use HD skins or cockpit texture.

Texture issue
ludo.m54 replied to ludo.m54's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
I investigate to find which entry in my soundlist causing the issue. I started to add the new sound one by one to find the one at the origin of the problem. My system is built Windows 11. -
Texture issue

I cannot believe it ! The issue comes from my soundlist.ini... I deleted it and everything seems to be fine. I never thought that this kind of file could generate texture issue. I'm going to make more test flights to confirm. Thanks a lot for your help -

Some times ago, few people and I, had the opportunity to finish the Mirage F-1 started by the Mirage Factory. The first step is the Mirage F-1C-200, it will cover French aircraft and the foreign operators versions. Some screenshot of the WIP : EC 3/33 Lorraine African Camo : EC 1/10 Valois early : EC 1/5 Vendée early : EC 1/5 Vendée Late : the work is progressing slowly but surely... but help would be welcome I'm looking for : - references for the foreign versions. - help to modify the ini files. - The most important : full dimensions of the RP 35 fuel tank. - is there a Martin-Baker Mk4 seat for SF2 ? of course any comment will be welcome Ludo -
Congratulations my friend!

Mirage F1CR F5/6 standard When it became clear that the Mirage F1 was becoming a successful production aircraft, Dassault began investigating the possibility of a dedicated reconnaissance version for its most important client, the French Air Force. However, the escalating cost of fighter aircraft meant that add-on pods for this purpose were a more economical alternative. Many French Air Force aircraft, as well as those of some export clients (such as Iraq's Mirage F1EQ), did indeed have a variety of reconnaissance pods available, which were attached to the underside of the main fuselage. However, the development of a tactical reconnaissance aircraft for the French Air Force continued, and the first Mirage F1CR flew on 20 November 1981.
