  1. I've had that happen to me too. A typo in the postion statement makes the object appear at the 0,0 point of the target area. It CAN be quite amusing a times, depending on what shows up!
  2. or the TMF Phantoms & Tomcats with TISEO also, I made a working "drift sight" camera for the U2. Unfortunately, you DO need a cockpit with a radar screen to 'see' the view, as I used the scope for the TV display
  3. think of each mods folder as an individual game. so, yes, you'll need to have the add-on items INSIDE each mods folder.
  4. Need your prayers

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. With love and understanding (and time) hopefully all will be well
  5. Indeed, we're lucky that TK at a point in the past added support for prop jobs. back on topic, I thought this thread was about over-protective, "hovering" parents!!! I'll show myself out ....
  6. hmmm... could you put any LESS information in the description?? Ya know, like for which Spit its for??
  7. As A Reminder......

I use Acronis. iirc, it came with my WD externals. It can also be downloaded from Western Digital (iirc!!!)
  8. As A Reminder......

Yup, the beginning of a new month is ALWAYS my backup time.
  9. May, 97 - the first Mirage 2000's arrive in Taiwan
  10. all the WoV retiles are in the download section, excepting the Green Hell 1. I couldn't find it. But there are several others based off of it. Look in "Tilesets" in the SF1 downloads section
  11. yup, was there last night!!! got several, even with their 'modex' numbers! I'll just fiddle-faddle the other ID numbers from what I have
  12. I've been trying to run down the serial numbers for the RoCAF F-84G Thunderjets, and having NO luck what so ever. Even Joe Baugher has failed me (list serial, says "to ROCAF" with no more info) So, if someone can point me in the right direction, it's be much appriciated! I'd like the full 26, but can make do with 18. The image below, is pretty much it. Other than a few photos TIA!!
  13. KJakker: that's perfect1!! I ALMOST spelled 'serial' as 'cereal" in the title, just to get folks attention!!!!! DA: it's not so much the US serial presentation, they kept that along with RoCAF assigned 3/4 digit, with the last 3 on the nose or fuselage (see the recently released F-86 RoCAF I did)
  14. This is why I give this type of building a high point value (for strike missions)
  15. I gotta just throw this out there ... what about finding a good, used working machine that's still on Win7, or if it worked on 10, one of those. I mean, there should be a large number of still usable older machine out there somewhere that MAX will run on. Just a thought

= For SF2, Any/All (Full 5 Merged RECCOMENDED!) = This is the release of Marcfighters Atlas Impala Mk.2, single seat COIN/Attack jet as used by the South African Air Force. This aircraft has/had languished for a considerable amount of time in that "hangar of forgotten & unfinished mods". I hope that this will correct that. This mod represents the Atlas Impala MK2, single seat attack jets. The mod uses all stock 3W weapons (which may need further research/adjustments). 25 all new historically correct SAAF serial number decals are included, and Randomization is TRUE These decals are used for both included skins. This is the SAAF -ONLY-, non exported version. No user list was created; the aircraft is single nation only. There are 2 skins, and "Early" and "Late"; the late uses the SF2-date switch and starts in 1982 When in-game, you'll see Atlas Impala MK.II (MB-326K SAAF) on the aircraft drop down selection panel. As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. The Uploader takes NO credit for the aircraft itself, only for those edits and adjustment to get it more in compliance with the SF2 Environment (tm). See "Notes" section for full change log and other VERy important statements. = Please Note: is models is released "AS IS". Anything that cannot be corrected/adjusted via ini edits will remain so for all time = Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein ** Important Note: if you install this to the Angola Mod, be advised that there exists an aircraft named Impala Mk.II. This should NOT conflict with it, but you may have some editing to do, as theirs is labeled "Stand In". It is not advised to just drop this one into that mod without further editing. ** UPDATED: 3/7/2019 "Early" skin has been repainted to remove national markings. All have now been replaced with decals. sf2_atlas_impala-mk2_v2_pack.7z
  17. View File SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre Remod Pak SF2 F-86F-40 Sabre Remod Pak = For SF2 ONLY, Full-4/5 Merged (Full-5 Reccomended/Preferred) = A remod/compliation of several F-86F Skin/Ini paks, now fully compliant with SF2. If you have the originals, you'll probably want to delete them, as THIS pack is designed to FULLY replace it. It is also suggested you be at the latest patch level, due to some ini 'switches' used. This pak contains the following skin/decal sets: JASDF: 1 Kokutai 3 Kokutai 6 Kokutai 8 Kokutai Imperial Iranian AF Ethiopian AF 461st FDS, 50th FBW, USAFE 1956-ish (*note: in RL, was possbily -30 or -35) and an extra 'blank' natural metal skin, that you can use for whatever. Included: NEW SF2 compliant FM (from KAW) New 'sabre specific' HVAR A-G rocket (station specific coded) NEW cockpit (from the KAW F-86F) NEW Sounds (from KAW) 'fake pilot' wing fences tweeks by Crusader for the KAW Sabres (well done Otto!!) All skins are in jpg format, and decal randomization is set to TRUE. The loadout ini uses the Year and Nation specific loadout switches for some of the export users, as defined in the enclosed Userlist.ini. Damage textures are the same DDS units as seen with the KAW Sabres. Other than the 'new' rocket, no other weapons are included, excepting the drop tank. As always, fairly easy to follow, yet semi-detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Also, please give the "Notes" section a read too. Happy Hunting! wrench kevin stein with thanks to PauloPanz for motivating me to finally finish this!! Submitter Wrench Submitted 01/29/2013 Category F-86
  18. View File SF2 RoCAF F-86F Sabre Skin & Decal Pack SF2 RoCAF F-86F Sabre Skin & Decal Pack 10/14/2023 -For SF2 =ONLY= (Full 4/5 Merged Reccomended) This is a new skin for the F-86F-40 available here at CombatAce at the following url: https://combatace.com/files/file/13788-sf2-f-86f-40-sabre-remod-pak/ This pack is 'representative' of F-86F series Sabres used by the Republic of China Air Force (Taiwan). In truth, the RoCAF had several 86F sub-variants, but eventually almost all were brought up to -40 specs. All markings, excepting the fuselage and wing ID bands are decals. Decal randomization is TRUE. All serial/buzz numbers are 100% historically accurate for Sabres serving in the RoCAF. They do not, however, replicate any specific or particular squadron. I was unable to run them down accurately enough. You have a "basic" full squadron of 26 numbers. As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. PLEASE read them, before installing!!! Happy Landings!
