Hi guitarclassic55 I installed the beta version but will not run on my setup. Im running XP SP2, A 24inch monitor 1920x1200 resalution, 8800GT video card. The opening screen shows and the movie in the top right hand corner but unable to use the mouse to enter the game I have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to leave the game. Tried changing the resalution settings to my settings of 1920x1200 in the MENUSYSTEM file the game then locks up and have to hard boot the PC. I have the FE SPK and the latest update that is all installed into FE. has anyone else experianced this. Many thanks for what looks like a cracking add-on.

Hi Peter01 many thanks for the Fokker D7 FM works a treat love it. I tried the editing of the DR1 INI (//AutoTrimLimit=0.0) still not happy with the way it performs it now has a tedency to act like a roller coaster up and down. I only fly the default EXPK I wanted to keep the sim standard (I have a moded version with out the EXPK) Is there any way of using the Skunkworks DR1 INI now that fly just right for me. Thanks again for all the time you put into this sim.

Thanks Peter for your hard work. just two things were do's the AIRCRAFTOBJECT file go ? I do find the Fokker DR1 in the new Expansion Pack tends to climb to much (has a nose up tendancy) I have to keep the joystick pushed forward. I do use hard setting for flight. The Capun DR1 flys just right for me. How can I stop it from climbing or was it like that. Once again many thanks and lets hop Tk do's something about the distance terrain haze tried every thing but no good.

Hi yes I called it Near clip sorry should be called near clear found here http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autom...p;showfile=5455 The lower picture has Near clear installed with Expansion PK1, it go's some way to clearing the haze but not like the top picture that is clear.

Hope TK Sees this, it concerns the horizon in the first picture A new install of FE plus the v2 patch. second picture with the Expansion pack 1 third pic with near clip added With the near clip it make no diffrence horizon set near/far/or normal. I no longer play this sim. So TK any ideas

How right you are Howard the horizon is foggy and it is the expansion pk1 that has don it just tried a virgin install of the orig FE with no add-ons and that was ok

Has anyone seen the pilot dropping the bombs from the cockpit in the new expasion pk1 or is it just me, TK please confirm.

Seems ok now the loading. One other problem any one seen this, it's someting to do with the hits on the planes I have replaced all the effects folder and objects folder with the default with no change still get squares on screen http://forum.combatace.com/style_images/mo...e_types/gif.gif

Combat ace is taking longer to load, downloading can be very slow to what it was, pages load very slowly now and only two on this forum when I wrote this. Hope someone reads this. Like the admin. It's not my internet conection as the rest is ok.

I would love to see plane s on the airfields but im a little confused what I have to copy from the Flanders folder and paste into the Verdum folder. all the BMPS & LODS files or what Many thanks.
