Are you patched up in WOI? If you are then these were made pre patch and maybe incompatible. But these do work in the pre patch WOI.

Good point Jug but Sparky's and I's point is that the USAF is a hollow shell of what it once was. Sitting here in the command post I am privy to a lot of information. Some of it makes you want to puke. Back when I first came in, people were bending over backwards to help you out. Now they say, well if you can't do this or that, too bad, we can dishcarge you if you want. Sorry people weren't saying that 15 years ago. I think I have legitmate complaint, being away from your family over 2 years I think is pushing it. Things just aren't the same. I used to have pride in what I do but now I am just tired, because anything you do in the USAF anymore, is full of politics. You can't turn a wrench without someone getting in your face spouting of the political ramifications of what you are doing. The USAF has moved from doing your job, to what else do you do BUT your job. And its a shame.

Have you deleted any previous campaigns, reinstalled them and tried them? If you are playing a campaign the patch they usually messes up any saved ones.

Oh its just a decal and makrings job. I used C5's skins as the base like have been. Why re invent the wheel when his work on the Sader is a cut above.

What prgram are you using? To make a checkerboard pattern I use a square brush. Set it to the size youthink its right. Put it on a 256x256 background. Then copy the 2 squares over and over and over (as layers) until you get a "wall" of what you want. After you merge all those layers together, add it to the area you want. The using the magic wand cut it to dimensions you desire. Does any of this make sense?

Have to check Ginter my books. I know I got it in there. I did a VMF-112 skin myself for the B. Haven't uploaded it though. Did a VF-32 skin for B too. Don't obsess too much Gocad or you are going to ruin the fun of it for yourself. They look damn good.

And I have said it once and I will say it again, you would watch it about 1 or 2 times, go UHHH, AHHH and you would never do it again. Because a true combat simmer would more worried about how the combat of the sim plays out then a bunch of eye candy to see someone ejects. Priorites man, priorties....and a eject sequence is not one of them. I am not a MP guy but I would rather have that improved than an eject sequence. It would more that just an ini edit or we would of have done it already ourselves.

The F-22 wasnt even operational in 1998. It still in testing. (in fact it was having big issues in 1998) I would bump up the year up on your campaign. It wil make your life a hell of alot easier. 2005 would be perfect as you get more realistic operational dates of these aircraft. 1998 would be good to a precursor to the Bosinian campaign for example. There you get the last oprational use of F-8's and F-104S's.

Dont you have a copy of the original download of WOI? Just install a new copy of that, patch it then add mods. I mean you downloaded it, after you paid for it, so you have a copy to keep forever. (unless you deleted it after installing, in that case you screwed youself.)

Did you save the file? Also what folder did you put it back into. I know this works as I am running Vista myself.

Put it back in the folder you extracted it from. You don't repack anything.

Easy there killer, I may not be happy with the USAF, but its still my branch of service. 230 years of service means very little to me in the grand scheme of things of getting the mission done.
