Hi lads Thanks for the advice and replies, I didn't realise some of these aircraft had been released, been away from First Eagles for a wee while playing FH2! Just downloaded Stephen 1918's excellent Russian Aircraft and wow, this man seems to have made a large amount of excellent Aircraft...well impressed!!! Thank you mate.. Also downloaded many new skins that id missed by Quack and Gambit (again I thank you lads, excellent work). I of course realise that a wish list, especialy an extensive one, is just that..real life and the more than considerable time and effort it must take these talented modellers to make aircraft has to be taken into consideration and really my list is just some suggestions of what aircraft id like to see in this excellent Sim, some of my favourite kites, I agree that there are gaps in other fronts and time frames that there are planes which have a higher priority to be produced. its all good..any new planes at all are a bonus to be honest. Just look at what this community has achieved since the stock release all those years ago (and I loved it even then despite the gaps!) Thank you to all the talented modellers and designers here for all their hard work and output over the years to make this Sim as great as it is. Hi Chaps, My Current wish list of main Aircraft Omissions to date that id love to see in game are: A Bleriot X1 A Taube A Caudron A Vickers Vimy Any Russian Aircraft Lohner C.1 Rumpler C.I. Vickers F.B.12 Early War Aircraft is what the game needs more of, that and some more German Two Seater Aircraft/Bombers..with some New Terrains we can inject even more life into this Brilliant game... I was also looking recently at some Russian Aircraft of WW1 and there are quite a few possibilities and more info on them available on the Net..some potential Candidates could be... An Anatra DS Recon Aircraft An Anadwa VKh Light Bomber A Mosca MB 2bis Fighter (monoplane 1916) A Sikorsky Mourometz (4 Engined Heavy Bomber, the worlds First, 1914) A Sikorsky S-16 Fighter A Voisin Ivanov fighter Other Aircraft that id love to see in F.E are: Sopwith Salamander Phonix D.III Fiat R2 Short Bomber Armstrong-Whitworth F.K.8 Nieuport-Delage 29 Dorand A.R.1 Paul Schmitt 7 Ago C.II All the best to everyone here and long live F.E.! Hi Stephen... Thanks mate....excellent work as usual.. I really look forward to your releases as they fill in some of the gaps in F.E.'s now amazing and comprehensive arsenal of Aircraft... Im very interested especially in Early War Aircraft and was looking through your site recently...Do you think that there might be a possibility (providing you have the time of course!) you could perhaps bring your Excellent Taube, Bleriot XI, Spad A2 or Vickers FB5 to the fold? I was always hoping for one of you talented chaps to produce a Caudron or Voisin machine to compliment my Early War Battles too but unfortunately not so far although im most grateful for what I do have!... Hi lads... Firstly let me thank you all in the Community for the most excellently modelled Strutter..Ive been waiting for this one for such a long time and had spoke to Dagaith about it a few times in the past..good job lads... Just had a chance to fly her this morning but unfortunately ive encountered a problem..As most of you know i run a very low spec machine by todays standards..(Athalon 1800+) with 1 gig DDR ram and an old Radeon 9800 Se Video Card and normally, with settings and graphics on High first Eagles runs pretty well without lag but when I took the Strutter up this morning (havent changed any of my usual settings!) The lag was so bad whilst trying to fly that the game was unplayable....could this be due to the High Rez Skins> IF so is there anything I can do about it apart from turning my Graphic Settings down? I tries Stock Skin and same results unfortunately and as a final check I tried an Albatross on a single mission and all was running smoothly again!!! Arghhhhhhhhhh!!!! Sorry to be a pain as I love the model..any ideas chaps? All help gratefully appreciated....Thanks to you all for your hard work... Best wishes... Sockboy (Rab Watson) Fife Scotland

This is great Bucky...Just what I was looking for..a bit sick I know but it seriously spooks me out when I hear it (I went for the high pitched sound..)..on a Sortie this morning my plane exploded mid air and the Scream was brilliant!!!!! Nice job mate...using this alongside Starys new excellent Effects pack...great stuff, especially the new Balloon explosions...still looking to get the sound of my aircraft on Fire around me when im hit in the air... Hi Stary... Thanks for the quick reply mate..im afraid I still run a very low end system with an old ATI Radeon 9800 Card, 1800_ Athalon Processor and 1 gig DDR Ram....far from perfect and can get pretty choppy with slowdown at times when the screen gets bisy but until im back working again it will just have to do!! least I can still play BF1942 and all the mods, COD2,MOHAA and my First Eagles and WW2 Instal as well as the MAME, Pinball and all my Retro Games..Newer Games I play on my Xbox 360 at the moment...(like Call of Duty WAW and Far Cry 2)... Ive updated my Drivers for the Card with the newest set this morning but stioll getting the green smoke effect, in plane and ground fires.... Best wishes... Rab Watson Fife Scotland

Hi chaps... A good day to you all...ive had a few ideas about possible improvements to the ground war aspect of First Eagles......would it be possible lads to introduce a 'green gas cloud' effect over certain areas of the Trenches as you are flying over them? Also id love to see Heavy Artillery Pieces (e.g Large Calibre Howitzers) added to all sides in the Ground Objects, even better if they could fire randomly! Another idea im sure has been mentioned by others before (and may seem a bit sick to some so i apologise beforehand!) would be to introduce a 'pilot or Observer Screaming' Sound file that could perhaps be implimented as An aircraft went on Fire or was plumetting towards the Ground(just how scary would that be if you were within earshot?) also would it be possible to be able to hear a burning sound as an Aircraft went on Fire (either yours from the Cockpit or others as you flew near them?) All these things would aid the immersion factor of this great Sim tremendously... My final ideas would be for some talented chappie to design Field Ambulances for all sides as part of the Ground Objects and finally Early War British and German Cavalry Units as 'Armed Reconnaisance' Targets as part of the ground War... Oh..final thought..lol..would it be possible to have ships or Subs as Ground War Targets on the Water in certain Terrains of F.E.? That would be fun (although I know there are no specific Anti Ship Mission Options) Thanks for all your great work so far Modders and skinners..This game just gets better and better..love it... Wow..this looks excellent mate..great work..would you consider some ideas for other WW1 Related Terrains for F.E. mate such as an Austro Hungarian Front or Italian Terrain or perhaps a Desert WW1 Terrain for Colonial Battles?
