I think they are aware. As I have understood, the EuFi is the interim choice to bridge the time that it takes to finish their own Gen 5 fighter project.

I feel old... (derailing this topic a little further... ) The MRE's we had in my days, and during my Bosnia tour... these were all tin cans. Mind you, my tour was in 1994 and we ate the food from the cans which were made in the early 80s. We heated them on solid fuel stoves (Esbit, with white fuel blocks) and so our taste buds were already gassed by the toxic fumes from those fuel stoves... and in that context it was always better than having no grub at all! I am 6ft 4in in length and when I ended my tour I weighed a very dry and lean 160lbs... -
I have a new status, but i kinda like it! I haven't modded in ages and I am afraid I will never get to it anymore... Arthritis in my back and my hands have made me give up doing fine work like guitar playing, watchmaking and fine motor skilled mouse work... But hey, I am still kicking! So no need to change it (I think)! Cheers

I think it goes both ways. It is an unreasonable expectation to be 'granted' upgrades, raises, promotions and such after only being member for 48hrs and posting a few topics and answers. And maybe doing some recon on this site, because it would have cleared up a lot of fog. And the learning question? Sometimes you learn by falling flat on your face and by getting b*tch slapped when needed. Not everything in Real Life (tm) is cushioned and cuddly and soft. Main point though, we are in this together, AND we are a CRAZY bunch of bastards!

You didn't mess up. The words might have been a bit 'unpolished' but it sent the message. Furthermore 'we' here at CA have been dealing with all sorts of unreasonable characters lately, so when it looks like it's a walk down that same path we might be on edge. Not only 'respect for the noobs' but also 'understanding for the oldies' and not nitpicking over every word that is written... Hell... most people here don't even have English as their native language, so some slack is appreciated. Cheers

Hi! Well... ehm... it is a game from 2008/2009 and there wasn't very much wiggle room to begin with. TK didn't look too far into the future and abandoned the game somewhere in 2013 (I think). So that is almost 12 years without "official' support, patches and so on. But it is true... you need to tweak it a LOT to get it running on an acceptable level. There might be some tips in the fora and the knowledge sections, and next to that it is trial and error. I have a Win11 system with an RTX card and an ultrawide monitor and it works most of the time. Crashes will sometime occur and I have accepted it. Good luck.... and enjoy! Muesli

It's the aspect ratio that matters (and Nyghtfall has the right number here). However...once in any couple of games you play, the options file seems to reset that ratio to the standard one.

Not being allowed to openly (and honestly) criticize is almost the same as censorship. Criticism in all its forms is a lesson to improve... Keeping my mouth shut or tempering my words? That will allow for crap to endure, with no chances of improving. CA has so many great mods, we are obliged to keep all content under scrutiny. Forcing silence is forcing decline, and I am NOT here to please people and praise them for mediocre or bad work...

In all honesty... I am not impressed... I find the overall quality lacking and content has been altered on an amateur level (like why adding ugly texts to skins). I do NOT recommend... -
